Instructions
This exercise can be done by yourself or with a partner. To perform this exercise by yourself, sit in a chair near a wall and throw the ball at the wall and then catch it as the ball returns to you. To do this with a partner, you and your partner will sit on chairs about 5-10 feet away from each other and you will both throw the ball back and forth. A way to make this exercise more difficult is as you throw the ball to your partner call out which hand he or she should catch the ball with. Another variation that can be done is speed catch which is throwing and catching the ball as fast as you can while being accurate for a given period of time such as 2 minutes.
