Instructions
This exercise is done with a partner. All you need to do this exercise is a deck of cards. To perform this exercise, have your partner stand 3-5 feet away from you with a full deck of cards. The deck should be at chest level and your partner will start flicking the cards at you one by one. This will really help improve your coordination and reaction time because the cards will fly through the air in a variety of trajectories. Start by catching the cards with one hand and then progress to catching the cards with the other hand. A good way to increase dexterity would be to catch 10 cards on one hand and then catch 10 cards on the other hand. Start off slow and as you progress, increase the speed at which your partner throws the cards.
