Instruction
The exercise can be done by throwing a ball up in the air and catching the ball when it comes back down. When you get good enough with catching the ball with two hands, start catching the ball with one hand and then alternate hands between catches. Switch your throwing hands as well. As you progress, throw the ball in the air at greater heights and at different trajectories that will require you to move to catch the ball. By doing this you can turn this coordination exercise into a good workout.
