Instructions
To do this exercise, just bounce the ball with one hand to the ground and catch the ball with the same hand. Variations include bouncing the ball with one hand and catching the ball with the opposite hand, bouncing the ball between your legs, and bouncing the ball high in the air so you have to focus on catching the ball as it comes back down.
