Instructions
This exercise can be done by yourself or with a partner. To do this exercise by yourself, toss the ball with one arm over your opposite shoulder and then catch the ball with the same hand. As you progress with this exercise, toss the ball over your non-dominant shoulder with your non-dominant hand. If you have a partner then have him or her throw the ball over your shoulder while you focus on quickly locating and catching the ball.
