Instructions
This exercise is done with a partner. All you need for this exercise is two rackets and a ball. To do this exercise, stand or sit about 5-10 feet away from your partner and hit the ball back and fourth to each other without the ball touching the ground. This can be made into a fun game to see how many volleys you can get before you make a mistake. This will help build coordination, focus, and communication skills. As you progress, work your non-dominant hand. This may be difficult but by doing new movements that are difficult, you will be creating new and stronger pathways in your brain.
