Instructions
This exercise can be done by yourself. All you need to do this exercise is a racket and a ball such as a table tennis racquet and ball. To do this exercise, bounce the ball on the racket with one hand. As you progress, bounce the ball a set amount of times such as 50 and then turn your hand over and bounce the ball the same amount of times. Another variation is bouncing the ball and alternating the side of the racket with each hit. When you get good at doing this then practice the exercises with your non-dominant hand.
