Instructions
This exercise can be done by yourself. All you need to do this exercise is a racket, ball, and a solid wall to hit off. To do this exercise, hit the ball towards the wall with the racket as accurately as you can to have the ball bounce back to you and then catch the ball. When you get better, continuously hit the ball at the wall while speeding up your hits and maintaining accuracy.
