Instructions
The wall could be concrete, brick, wood, or anything that wouldn't damage the wall and allow the ball to bounce back to you. To do this exercise, throw the ball against the wall and then catch the ball as it bounces back towards you. Variations of the exercise are increasing your distance away from the wall, throwing the ball with your non-dominant hand, and catching the ball with both hands or one hand. Work to increase the speed of throwing the ball against the wall to get a good workout.
