Coordination Workout 3.0
CW 3.0 is a longer and more advanced workout. The total time to complete the workout is 30 minutes. To do this workout, you need at least 3 tennis balls, a solid wall to throw a ball off of, and a jump rope.

Wall Throws - 10 minutes (last two minutes will be speed catch)
Jump Rope - 2 minutes
Dribbling - 1 minute

Juggling - 2 minutes

Wall Throws -5 minutes
